Since January 2012, Kloepfel Consulting is a partner of the management consultancy with a high reputation and specialization in health care sector. B CMM was founded by Dr. Kay Bredehorst in Düsseldorf and mainly advises hospitals in Germany and abroad on inpatient and outpatient issues. Meanwhile B CMM has more than 100 successful reference projects and an experienced team of doctors, business economists and lawyers. B CMM works in an implementation-oriented manner; in addition to cost optimization, projects are mainly carried out to increase revenues in clinics.
