Kloepfel Consulting holds shares in hospital specialist Bredehorst Clinic Medical Management (B CMM)

Since January 2012, Kloepfel Consulting has been a shareholder of the corporate consultancy, which has an excellent reputation and specialises in the health care sector. B CMM was founded by Dr. Kay Bredehorst in Düsseldorf, and primarily provides advice to clinics at home and abroad regarding in-patient and out-patient matters. B CMM now has more than 100 successful reference projects and an experienced team of doctors, management experts and lawyers. B CMM also works in an implementation-oriented way. Alongside cost optimisation, the main projects that are carried out are those aiming to increase income. The consultancy’s customer base includes medical technology companies, pharmaceutical companies and health funds.

With this step, Kloepfel Consulting will be able to strengthen its own expertise in the health care sector. Marc Kloepfel, Managing Director of purchasing consultancy Kloepfel Consulting: “There is potential for savings of up to 2.93 billion euros in purchasing alone for German hospitals. The pooling of the consulting services of B CMM and Kloepfel Consulting will create a holistic range of services for hospitals that covers all aspects, from strategic development to process optimisation to personnel consulting.”
