Kloepfel Outsourcing welcomes a new client

On the 24th October Kloepfel Outsourcing welcomed a new client, proving that business process outsourcing (BPO) is gaining in importance in small and medium-sized enterprises. The client is a well-known manufacturer from the electrical and mechanical engineering sector with a 30-million-euro turnover, and will now be outsourcing its procurement entirely to Kloepfel Outsourcing.

The primary objectives of this 36-month project are the reduction of processing costs and the adherence to compliance standards. In addition, the source-to-contract processes implemented by Kloepfel Outsourcing are expected to significantly reduce costs of quality and purchasing.
