Profile of Ralf Schmitt
Ralf Schmitt is a partner at Kloepfel Consulting Switzerland. After studying law, he deepened his knowledge of business management, marketing, controlling and operation research in a second degree course in business administration. Already during his studies, he dealt with optimizing stocks and increasing sales through merchandising. His first stop was as store manager in Baden-Württemberg, where he implemented the knowledge gained during his studies into practice. Fascinated by the new media, he then moved into the IT and communications industry. This is where he gained valuable experience in gaining new customers and sales management. Further stations led him to management consulting as commercial project manager, as well as to a special consultancy for supply chain. At Kloepfel Consulting, Ralf Schmitt is responsible for the sales development of the Swiss location, with a strong focus on banks and multiplier sales.
